     Searching for a product on www.bioapta.it is simple: you can search for it among the categories listed on the left of the site, selecting a subcategory, or enter the name of the product in the dedicated “Search” space, at the top right.
  • Prices
     Product prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force for the respective product categories to which they belong.
    The total price resulting at the end of the order includes shipping costs, but not any customs duties and/or additional sales taxes. Price variations are possible for reasons independent of the choices of Laboratori Riuniti delle Farmacie Srl and in this case the site will be updated with the indication of the new price.

THE PURCHASE
Only registered users of www.bioapta.it can make the purchase, carefully following the online procedure. Laboratori Riuniti delle Farmacie Srl reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts about the veracity - incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults already manifested in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card - or in case of unavailability of the products.   • How to buy?
     Purchasing on www.bioapta.it is simple:
    1) Click on the desired product to access the relevant product sheet and view in detail all the relevant information about the product itself. Select the quantity and size, then click on “Add to cart”.
    2) If you have not yet logged in, the system will ask for your identification data (login and password) with which you registered on www.bioapta.it.
    3) Read the order summary and select the payment method: cash on delivery (cash payment on delivery - only for Italy), bank transfer (for Italy and abroad), paypal (advance payment online - for Italy and abroad) and credit card (advance payment online - for Italy and abroad).
    4) If you choose to pay by credit card, you will access a secure page with VeriSign control, where you will complete the procedure. If you choose to pay by paypal, you will access a secure PayPal page.
    5) At the end of the purchase, you will receive an email containing the identification data of your order and confirmation that it has been received correctly.

  • Remove a product from the cart
     To remove a product from your cart, click on the checkbox in the remove column and then on the "Update Cart" button at the bottom, next to the product you want to remove. The product will disappear from your cart and the amount will be automatically updated.
    To change the quantity of a product added to the cart, from the list in the quantity column, select the desired quantity and wait for the page to refresh.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for purchases on www.bioapta.it can be made in four ways:

  • Credit card (for Italy and abroad). The credit card must belong to the Visa or Mastercard circuits.
  • Cash on delivery : payment on delivery (only for Italy). It is done in cash, at the time of delivery of the goods.
  • PayPal (for Italy and abroad).
  • Wire transfer (for Italy and abroad).

PAYMENT SECURITY
The payment transaction takes place on a protected page with VeriSign control, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, a system that guarantees maximum security for online transactions. Credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by encrypted SSL data transfer, not accessible to third parties.

PAYMENT CHARGE

THE SHIPMENT
The shipment of the products is carried out via courier:

    The “Notice to recipient of shipment entrustment” service is provided (an email sent directly to the customer that allows him to check the outcome of the shipment).
    The BRT courier delivers from Monday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon. The courier does not inform the recipient about specific days or times of delivery: this service cannot therefore be requested. It is very important to indicate a delivery address where there is someone who can collect the goods. Furthermore, it is important to always indicate the surname present on the intercom.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • Italy: delivery takes place within 48-72 hours, 24 hours after the order registration date. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products or by malfunctions in the service by the courier or by force majeure.   • Abroad: delivery takes place within 5 days, 24 hours after the order registration date. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products or by malfunctions in the courier service.     Delivery times may be delayed during holidays.

Please do not enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the courier would be unable to deliver the purchased goods. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that the products are not currently scheduled for delivery to that country. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
In case of shipment addressed to a country not part of the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be exclusively borne by the recipient. In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount to cover the following expenses will be retained: "sending goods" + "return goods" + "customs for return" and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
Customs duties and any taxes vary depending on the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the country. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
 Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005) establishes that the consumer who acts for purposes outside of his own commercial activity - excluding retailers and companies - can exercise the right of withdrawal and return a product to the seller, in the cases provided for by law, and obtain a refund.

For any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he/she will therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty.

  • How do you exercise the right of withdrawal?

  • The return is at the customer's expense.
    An essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the return of the purchased products in perfect condition, unused, with original labels not removed and provided with the original packaging. The returned products must also be carefully packaged, so as to safeguard the original packaging from any damage, writing or affixing of labels. The transport risks for the return of the products will be entirely borne by the customer.

For technical reasons, the color of the products displayed on the site may present slight differences compared to the actual color: this variation cannot be a reason for replacing the product or for a refund.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
The refund time for the purchase price is approximately 30 days, while the replacement of the product takes place within approximately 10 days, after checking the condition of the returned product.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS
The maximum timeframes within which to submit requests or complaints are as follows:

  • 10 DAYS for complaints relating to defective, missing or non-corresponding goods.
  • 3 MONTHS for requests relating to shipments or deliveries (e.g.: package not received, package in storage, delivery problems, etc.).
  • 6 MONTHS for requests relating to payment transactions or refunds.
